Suspension recommendation

I need some recommendations for my suspension...i plan on going with dz lowering springs 1.75 rear and front and i cant decide whether to go with monroe, KYB, bilstein...etc for my struts/shocks....the car will end up carrying a 383 stroker motor and th350 tranny and id like a suspension that rides decently with the power it will be throwing around

smoothest possible ride though i do undertand it is a sports car so its not going to be perfect

also quick q my car has a slight lean you can see it in the hatch and hood and all do you guys think once i have the springs and struts replaced it will fix this lean...the car was hit before i got it but i dont believe the frame was bent or i think id know it

thx

In my opinion Bilstein is the best handling non-race shock available, I'd be running them if I didn't race my car.

I seconfd the Bilstein suggestion. With the springs you are looking at, your ride will not be smooth no matter what.

i've got the Bilstein/eibach combo and i love it. Drives almost like stock down the road but when you put it into a turn man, that thing is glued.

I run yellow in front and red in the rear. The reds/specials are softer than the yellow/sports and that worked well for autocrossing with the stock springs.

I may now be a little under dampened with the current setup which has the car set very stiff, but I'm still messing with it.

True. With that amount of drop, the ride is not going to be smooth. I second the Bilstein/Eibach Pro-Kit combo.
