How are my SFC's working?

Playing around with the floor jack tonight and I can't believe how much these things strengthenned the car. Makes a nice differance driving too, just rides a little harsh now. Had to grab a couple pics though

Could just pickup the front or rear tire with one hand.

Front is off the ground, stupid handle in the way.

Sorry, missed this. They are weld on. Made of 2 inch square tubing.
