Rear squeek, springs or shocks?

I've had a squeek coming from my rear end the past year or so that's coming from the wheel wells, but I just can't tell what it is.
Mainly at lower speeds. I've got KYB rear shocks and the eibach kit that are both over 1 year old.
Could it need spring cushions?
Bushings needing grease somewhere?
I can't stand creaks and rattles, let alone squeaks.

I had a squeak back there that was the upper shock mounting bushing. Put some grease on it and it has stopped.

I have had the same problem with mine in the past a few times. Definately annoying. I usually happens after so strong rains and water gets up in there then dries out.
