Wonder Bar idea

I did a search on this and didn't find anything.

while i was drooling over some of the stuff im intending to purchase for my car. and one of them is a Wonder Bar, which company is still yet to be decided.

As i was thinking about the wonder bar(right after i was done looking at SFC's) it hit me, bolt in SFC's are inferiour because bolt holes will elongate after use, so here is my idea, wouldnt the holes on a Wonder Bar elongate after use? could these possibly be welded in?

I believe most people are talking about the sheet metal on the body/frame elongating... not on the SFC

Its not needed to weld in a wonderbar. It may make servicing of some stuff difficult in the future. I don't remember what, if anything, the wonderbar may interfere with as I haven't been under that part of my car in a while. The holes won't elongate on a wonderbar. Just bolt it in and be happy.

Oh by the way, I'd recommend a TDS wonderbar. I have one and they are great design/quality. They have no clearance issues as some others have had with the Spohn unit and the electric fan setups.

Fan mount bolts!

I have a TDS orginal design (exact duplicate of gm's version). Its has been on my car for 2plus years and its great. I belive his never version is even better.
