Camber problems
Camber problems
My camber is way off (the top of the wheel sticks out... I think that's positive camber), and the strut mount is maxed out in adjustment to get get more negative camber. Is it possible something is wrong besides a worn out strut mount? As far as I know, the wheel has never been hit, but I'm not sure what to look for as far as damage goes.

Have you had it on an alignment rack yet?
Is this on one side or both?
You should be able to get at least 1 degree negative camber with the strut mount pushed all the way in towards the engine.

I haven't had it aligned yet. I replaced the steering linkages and noticed the passenger side wheel is set at positive camber and the strut mount can't adjust any further to correct it. I'd like to know if this is possible with just a bad strut mount or I possibly have something else broken.

Could be a bent spindle... curbing the car will bend things such that the bottom of the wheel is pushed inwards.
Get it on an alignment rack; that sort of damage shows up instantly.

The strut mount would have to be pretty wasted to be that far off. If the strut is centered in the hole under the cap on the mount, it is probably not it. It could be a bent or worn out strut or maybe a bent knuckle?? I would have it put on the alignment rack and hopefully the tech working the machine would be able to help you figure it out.

I know from personal experience that the worn rear a-amr bushings can cause a pretty big loss of neg camber, enough to put a car on the positive side.
When I swamped out my original rubber a-arm bushings for some poly ones and bolted the suspension back together, I went from -0.8* camber to -3.2* camber on the right side of the car alone. The left side was almost as bad. I was really shocked to see that much of a camber change when I took it to get realigned and they gave me the specs. I could see it by eye so I new it was fairly dramatic, but didn't think it was over -3 by any means, thought it was more low 2's
