Why with the noise!

My car was in my garage for awhile. In the time it was in there I :

-replaced the auto with a manual tranny
-Installed Subframe connectors
-New Lower Control Arms
-Wonderbar
-Rehung the exhaust

After all this I have driven it around a bit and there is this godawful noise coming from the rear of the car... Like something is extremely messed up. Whenever I go over the slightest bump I'm greeted with a very loud BANG.

I have inspected everything under my car. Nothing is loose. The exhaust is still hanging fine... the crossmember is tight and the bushing is OK... I'm at a complete loss. I even replaced the rear suspension with Coil-Overs to no avail.

The only thing I could possibly still think it could be is the new LCA's. I got the Adj with Rod Ends and not Poly Ends. Spohn's site said they can cause more road noise but this sounds like I just jumped a curb.

Can anyone give me any advice? My car sounds like it's going to fall apart... I'm seriously considering selling it if I can't figure this out...

Not sure how the bushings are installed in the Spohn LCAs, but did you make sure there was something in the rod end?

That's about the only thing i could see banging unless you pulled a moron move like me and hung the exhaust with those rubber hangers. Mine moves around quite a bit with those.

What do you mean about making sure there was something in the rod end?

Ahhh, I see how Spohn's reducer bushing works now. The ID of the rod end is probably 5/8" ID and Spohn used a piece that probably has ~5/8" OD and 1/2" ID as a reducer, then has the spacers slid over it.

Probably not that thunking.

Did you take the bump stops off the car and it's bottoming out?
