New suspension suggestions

On my rickety ol 89 Formula, I've gotten around to changing my shocks and struts. I'm thinking I should start to do a little more, since my car sags slightly (need new springs, but which ones?) when doing 90 on highway curves, and other times too. Anything that's worth replacing should be mentioned, as I see so many different things being added and moded. Just some stuff that might keep my car in better control, and keep the tires on the ground.

What Struts/Shocks did you go with? I just installed a set of Bilstien HD struts/shocks, and an Eibach Pro-Kit, absolutly LOVE it. Highly recomend it.
also look at replacing bushings, and the Panhard bar with an adjustable piece, if you dont ahve a wonder bar, get one of those too, LCA relocation brackets would be a good idea too.

i am running pro kit springs and adjustable tokicos shocks/struts and also love it.

i also got LCA's but not the brackets on yet.... and adjustable panhard bar from hotchkis to fix the rear alignment problem that the springs caused

also added some poly sway bar endlink bushings and the car handles extremely well

i just need lca brackets for abit more traction and wonder bar to fix my steering feel problem

A strut tower brace would give you a good solid responsive feeling.

Sorry to say that I just installed the cheap new no-name shocks/struts when I first got the car. The old shocks/struts were doo doo and I needed something new in there and didn't know the difference or have the financial backing for these exquisite aftermarket shocks/struts. I'm not looking to do any drag racing, so what are some decent shocks/struts for me? Do I need to buy adjustable shocks/struts? I've found some adjustable ones on Summit from KYB, Koni, and Competition Engineering ranging from $40 to $125. My current shocks/struts work fine and are stiff on the biggest of bumps. Also, I'm new to the some of the car lingo, so what is an LCA, and what is a wonder bar? The adjustable panhard bars I've seen all look similiar, so is there a quality difference between edelbrock, hotchkis, and lakewood? I've also heard that replacing all of the bushings is worthwhile and if so, which ones should I get. Lots o' questions, but I'm a little curious.

EDIT: Where did you guys get your Pro Kit springs, and for how much?

LCA=Lower Control Arm

If you are going to go with the Eibach pro kit i HIGHLY recomend gonig with the Bilstein HD struts and shocks, all 4 can be had for 419 + 20 shipping.

Wonder bar is a steering brace, it ties the front subframes together at the steering box and idler arm, keeps the geometry between the two the same. TDS makes the best piece on the market, costs $50.

Panhard bar i recomend going with a Spohn piece(site supporter) runs $125 + shipping. very good piece!

I got my springs from work, Advance Auto Parts, price is $248.88 + tax, no shipping charge, should have them one to two days after they are ordered.

Found the springs for a comparable price as you stated. Those rear shocks are $80 each at Summit, but the front struts are harder to find, and are list price $389 each on Bilstein.com. That's real expensive for me, for each shock. I also found the 1021 and the 1121. The 1021 are "sport", is there any real difference? Price is the exact same. Wonder bar and Pahhard bar seem to be in the right price range. I should get the panhard bar with the poly bushings, and not spherical? For the LCA relocation brackets, should I get the front and "Moser" rear from Spohn? Are they a good brand/quality? And lastly, the strut tower brace, is it worth it? Thanks for all the answers

Go to Shox.com, they have the best price ive seen on the bilstein's, you get all 4 for $419 + shipping, which was $20 for me.

with the pro kit, go with the HD, the valving is a bit different and seems to go better with the pro kit.

Id recomend going with poly instead of rod ends, unless this is going to be an all out track car.

Spohn is great quality, highly recomended by everyone on this board.

Is there any specific order I should put these on? I know that springs take a week or two to adjust to the car. Which order would be the easiest, and most effective?
