Few spring/strut questions before i order.

Well someone backed into my front end/fender, needless to say i have full coverage and got some money from it, and i have parts to fix it already so im dumping it all into suspension. At the moment, im pretty set on going with eibach sportlines, and tokico HP's, and LCA reloc brackets from spohn. Is there anything else i should get while everythings going to be apart? should i replace the rubber things on the top and bottom of the springs considering they are like 20 years old? my susp. is still stock, and im in dire need of some new junk, does this setup sound decent? I live in tampa, yea roads are rough, but i want my car low and just cant justify getting the prokit and not being happy with it, so id rather be too low then not low enough, can always replace it with the prokit if i want to. any one have any experiances with the tokico hps? just trying to get opinions before i throw money out the window, any advice is appreciated! thanks.

How much $ do you have to spend on it?

What are you goals/uses for the car?

Daily Driver? Drag? Road Race? Autocross? etc....

Do you know what suspension your car has now? RPO Code?

well i have about 600 to spend, so i was planning on sportlines, tokico hps, and spohn lca reloc. brackets. car is a daily driver, altho i drive it only a few days a week, and only to school, but its getting 400hp so i need something thats gonna be able to handle it. im sure the tokicos are great, i was just wondering if i should get anything else while everything is going to be apart, small stuff that i could pay out of pocket for.

Sounds good. If you are going to lower it, get an adjustable panhard rod.

ah so i need a adjustable panhard rod also? i figured lca brackets were the only necessity after lowering. what is going to happen if i hold off on doing the adjustable panhard rod for a little bit? i wont be at the track anytime soon so racing and stuff is kinda out of the question, besides the street. if i go ahead and use the stock one for now until i get some extra cash will everything still be ok? what are the benefits of getting the adj. rod, and what will happen if i choose not to? thanks alot for the info

Yes, you need an adj. panhard, because when you lower the car the stock bar will pull the axle to one side. One tire will stick out farther than the other. IMO this seems to put a bit of preload or bind on the suspinsion, not allowing it to funtion properly.

I got a lakewood. Nice bar with a great price tag. Got mine from Jegs.
