Good looking car, but man that thing is sitting High! is there an engine under that ram air hood? What size are the wheels and tires?
It definatly needs a good lowering, there are many options to go. Most here seem to like Eibachs sportlines or the Pro kit. Try a quick search.

yeah there is a motor under it, a 350, actually with estimate 400HP.. this is how the car came, the rims are 17x8, the front tires are 225/45/17 and the rear are 245/45/17.
id like to change the struts, springs, and shocks, is it necessary? or just the springs?

If you have the money, do the shocks and struts. If your current setup is in good shape you can get away with doing just the springs(Eibach Pro-Kit). If you go with the Eibach Sportlines definitely get some new shocks/struts.

ok thats brings me to another question. im not sure if im saying it right.
but do you notice how the front end sits up higher, does that mean im gonna have to get a lower spring in the front then in the back, or when i take out the old ones they will be level?
does that make sense?

ok but do you know what i mean? the front sits quite a bit higher, if the springs are all 1" lowering or 2" lowering, would that still make the front sit higher?
does that make sense?

If you are planning on doing the job yourself, checkout the insulators on top of the coil. If the car had any suspension work done, someone may have replaced them with some thick insulators. They will add some height to the front end. With Eibachs and the thin insulators your should get a nice drop and it should sit level.
