What should be my next suspension mod
What should be my next suspension mod on my 1984 z28?
I already have sub frame connectors an I just bought a iroc wonder bar.
I’m looking for inexpensive parts for autocross, street, and strip use.
Also what color should I paint the iroc wonder bar?

If you do not already have a 36mm front sway bar then that would be the next part to buy. Next up would be shocks but good ones are not all that cheap. I like my Koni sports.

I heard that iroc springs would be a good pick up if you don't want to lower your car. Is this true
how about panhard rod, trailing arms, tubular a arms or a torque arm? or if you have a pile of money fall in your lap a new k-member.
why dont you want to lower it? i have a 84 z28 with lower springs and it handles great!
what's a wonder bar? could someone tell me/or a picture?

You can install performance springs without lowering the car. If you use ground control weight jacks you can pick your spring length and rate. For a given spring you have about 3" of height adjustment available. My car had WS6 springs in it and they were ok. Now I have the weight jackers with 775 front and 175 rear and 36/24 sway bars and I generally like it better. I think that a smaller rear bar may be in order for me.

Tubular front arms and kmember are a waste of $$ for what you want to do.
Next mod should be a set of Konis or Billsteins and a good set of springs. I don't think you'll have a problem with a Pro Kit. A nice set of LCA's and an adjustable panhard bar next, and when money allows, a tunnel mount torque arm.
BTW, paint the wonder bar black

I'm with Dialed-in. Get and good set of shocks/struts. They make more of a difference than anything. Springs are nice, either Z28 if you don't want to go lower or the pro-kit if ya do. After you've done that, drive around and check if the car oversteers or understeers to your liking and adjust the sway-bars accordingly, you'll need to measure the ones you have and then post what the car is not doing right.
Springs and sway bars are pretty cheap, shocks aren't, but if you have money left over I'd invest in rear LCAs w brackets, an adj. panhard rod w/ brackets, strut STB, wonderbar, TQ arm and maybe some camber/caster plates. Kinda depends on how much racing vs street time the car will see. I consider each mod carefully and get a lot of opinions on who are the best mfg.
You can'y be too hasty with this stuff.

Trust me, the 1" it says it lowers(less if stock springs due to saging) they are awsome and you will have no problem with them. Hell I got my car in a drive way i thought i never could.
