tire size help?

Hi Guys,

We are going to put 18's on the roc but im not sure what size. I know i can go 275/40-45/17's on a 17" rim but what size 18" tire without rubbing? Dont really want that super skinny sidewall look either. What 's everybody running for size or suggestions on 18"s?

Do you thinK there is much of a difference between 17 and 18 in ride quality?

Dont want 20" either...

Axle/Gears: 4th Gen Rear 3:42

It depends on what size your rim is. Is it 9.5" wide or what? IF you get 9.5 then i would get the 275 or 295. You will be fine just as long your backspacing is correct.

the 275/40/18 is probably gonna rub especially up front...with those specs, the tire will be 26.6" tall and lets say his car is lowered, he'll have a not so smooth ride.
