Suspension upgrade : Is this the best place to start?

Thinking of upgrading a stock suspension set up here. Does this seem like the best place to start?
(Thinking of getting the complete f-body lowering kit for $399.)

Is the other stuff worth getting or would just lowering springs be good enough?

The first suspension mods you should do first is sub frame connectors. From there you can think about lowering your car.

Honestly, if you do springs, think about the things you'll be taking out- and replace them with hi-po stuff. Mainly, the lower control arm bushings. Put poly bushings in there first.

The LCA bracket helps with traction (corrects the lowered stance), but it's not going to help with cornering (as far as I know, someone correct me if I'm wrong).

And the adjustable panhard rod, yes, another good idea.

Add $30 for front lower control arm bushings and you'll have a sweet setup. You're also going to do the struts and shocks too right? I usually say if the current struts/shocks are more than 5 years old, they should be replaced.

Cool... thanks Tom P. I wrote all that stuff down and i am gonna go price this stuff now. As for shocks and struts...Yes i planned on replacing those too. Five years old?..... Try 13 years old and original.
