Spindle Question
I have an '89 RS, factory brakes (disc front and drum rear). I want to upgrade to a larger brake system in front. My question is do I have to change Spindles to use 1LE rotors and calipers? And how hard is it to find the parts I need?

The spindles require modification to use 1LE parts. Check the following link for the front:

Brakes
You might want to check out Ed Millers upgrades also. He provides alternatives to the hard to find 1le brake parts. He is here on TGO, EBMiller, and great to work with. Dave
