What to use to glue IROC Z medallions back on?

What to use to glue IROC Z medallions back on?
I have an 86 IROC with the factory wheels. One of the black IROC Z medallions popped off the center cap, What would be best to glue this back on with so it doesn't go flying off going down the road? Any suggestions?

Transmission: Built TH-700 R4 (Vilgilante 2800)
Axle/Gears: 9 bolt w/ PBR's
I used Super glue, but make sure you use the gel kind. The regular stuff seems not to hold as well and runs.
