ES mounts turned motor, what to do
I just got done installing my trans the other day, and I noticed the trans was further over to the left. There's still enough room to mount the shifter, but I don't know if it will interfere with the console. I read somewhere that the motor mounts will raise the motor, and turn it to the right. Should I have someone with a pry bar try and center the trans while I tighten the crossmember?
I can't wait to install the exhaust and then i'll end up cuttin the sfc's. What shiat, ****ing garbage.
This is the last time I will buy any energy suspension stuff ever again.

new motor mounts should only raise it to around the new stock height, maybe a tad higher, yeah i woul try to pry bar the tranny some in the tunnel to make sure u can get the crossmember on.
odnt forget to make sure you jack the tranny up some so u can tighten the the mount on it first and then tighten the crossmember fully, then the tranny down on it and then put the nut on the tranny mount stud and tighten it up.
when i did new motor mounts the old spots where my crossmember were didnt line back up so i just tightened everything back up and everything works great. thankfully the crossmember i have has enlongated holes which give u some movement to get everything in place and tight.

thanks, I thought it was turned more than it was. I didn't have trouble getting the crossmember on, just wondering why it was cocked. I read an old post from five7kid that said he had the same problem. I finally got to test the trans. just now, and it shifts awesome. There was also no vibrations. I can't wait to get it on the road, I just need money for a full exhaust.
