quick tire Q
So i have to go back to my stock rims since i can't find any 15x7 centerlines for a decent price... while i'm at it i'd like to upgrade the rear 2 tires. What's the widest tire i can fit on there while keeping a similar overall tire height?
right now i have 275.60.15's and they're ok but i'd like something a little wider..
Opnions?

Oh NO! "its Joe Dierte, not Joe dirt"Sorry man I just have something against overly wide tires that look like 90's CARTOONS illustrations. Save your money for something that fits well, and looks good - then buy some up to date wheels, or even stock (GTA's).

i'm white trash, so I like that look...
anyway, yea, 305's should fit a 15x9 wheel. I think going that big you have to pay attention to backspacing, so the inner part fits in the rear well without rubbing.
which tire brand/model you thinking of?

Joe Dirt is one of my many nicknames at work
here are the new rims.. they need cleaned up a little and the car needs a bath too...

they are late 60's/early 70's Fenton rims. They are very lightweight (the rears weigh less than my old Draglites)
