Why would Pro Stars affect ride quality? Biggest change in ride is going to be due to the drop. I could understand if you were going to 17's or 18's since the smaller sidewall would give a little harsher ride but with 15's and all that sidewall, they'll soak up a bit more of the bumps.

why are you doing drag wheels with handling springs? your gonna have a car that doesn't handle well cause the wheels aren't designed for it, nor is the tires made for the 15" wheels and it won't drag race well cause the car will not have any kind of weight transfer...so getting it hooked up is gonna be a bear.
other than that, you won't notice a difference in ride quality.

the wheels won't change ride quality. The springs will, and depending on your tire size, that could also. As stated, 15's with a common tire height will have more sidewall flex, thus ride "better" but do not corner as well. The stiffer springs will not give as much, there fore ride "worse".
I'm cutting pretty good 60fts on sportlines, but my suspension has a few mods. If you're just going for the look, then coil cut it and keep your stock springs.
