+0mm backspacing all around?

Can it be done? Will the rears look funny or not mount correctly if its 4.5" all around?
EDIT: 0mm offset, 4.5" backspacing. Can the rears be the same as the front? will it look funny? will it not even work?

I have the same backspace on my wheels and I like the wider rear stance. You need to use a spacer to get them even in the front (this also requires longer studs). It looks akay with just the stock rear apcer on the front too.

the 15inch camaro wheels are all 0mm offset. the 16 inch stock irocs are 0mm front and +16mm in the rear. My iroc with drum brakes had about a 1/8th inch spacer whereas the car with disk didnt have one.i think if you went with 0mm offset in the rear you'd be fine it would stick out a lttle more than stock. (16mm to be exact)
Backspacing and Offset (two seperate measurements) depend on the width of the wheel. Best bet when researching fitment is to find other people with the same width wheels you want to use, then see what backspacing and offset specs they are using and go from there. The wheels on the front of my Z28 are 8" wide with a 4.5" backspacing and 0mm offset. The fitment in the front is good, though the appearance might not be what everyone likes (as mentioned they are a bit inset, not flush with the fender like the rear wheels on my Z28). It will be similar to the way the stock 16" wheels fit the car. Unsure about the rears, but these guys are correct that the stock 16x8 rears are a +16mm offset, to be honest I dont know what the stock backspacing of a stock 16x8 rear wheel is so can't comment. Sorry!

Thanks for the responses. From what I gather, using a 4.5" BS 0mm offset wheel on the rear as opposed to the stock 16mm 5.25" BS will make the wheels stick out a little more then a 1/2". Which sounds like it will look better since the stock rear irocs tended to be tucked into the wheelwell a bit.

stock rear backspacing for iroc wheels is more like 4.9 it's rounded up. the difference would be about 5/8ths of an inch that it would stick out like you said a little more than a half inch. check out Billet Wheel Adapter FAQ - Skulte Performance Designs that'll help you out quite a bit on any of your questions.
If I read this correctly?
If I read this correctly...the rear wheels of IROC rims have a 16mm offset that actually sets the wheels in towards the inner fenderwell more?
Reason being is I have an s10 truck and love the IROC rims. I want to place these on my truck and I'm thinking if the rims are tucked in they might fit better than the ones that are 0mm offset. Any thoughts?
I forgot to mention that my truck is a 4x4. I think this will be a problem. I'm having a hard time finding out the offset of my factory rims. Anyone know?

IROC 16" FRONT wheels
I use 16" IROC FRONT wheels on the front and rear of my 89 IROC. I have Kumho Supra (712) 255/50-16 tires all around. The fit in the rear is great. The 255's clear on front although I do notice where they have "knocked off the dust" in a few places under the fenderwell. Yes, the rears are moved out about 5/8" on each side but it looks cool with a wider stance IMO. And it's not too much- it really looks stock. I purchased an extra pair of fronts and refinished all six. Mounted four fronts on the car and put my sticky's on the rears for drag racing. I just wanted to be able to rotate my street tires and the wider look in the rear was a bonus. I also have a friend with 4 FRONTS on an S-10 and they work fine.
