Sway bar end links

Engine: GTA: 350 w/Vortec heads, T/A: 305
Transmission: Pro-built 700R4
Axle/Gears: GTA: 3.27, T/A: 2.73
Sway bar end links
Are the end links the same for both the front and rear sway bars? I don't see any replacement kits for the rear end links except for stock replacements from Classic Industries. I'm replacing all of my bushings with poly and those are the only pieces that I am having a problem finding. Any help?
