NICE! I'd like to put an all Alum motor in my IROC someday and powder coat it black to remain stock looking. Would I be able to run TPI on it? You guys seem to know alot about swaps. Thanks, Daniel U Sorry for jacking the thread.

it's about time spohn knocked those out! - looks good. Now let's see some pics of it in the car, then some pics with it in the car/motor in.

So I'll have to shell out some more $$$ for an alum. L-98ish block. Thanks, for the info....
It's not worth it for a street car. The aluminum block actually costs you power, due to heat discipation and deflect. - Unless you're making serious power, the weight alone will show basically no benefit in the 1/4. - do a little research on pro stock motors or reher morrison/other engine builders....
