How is this setup?

I have a '87 lg4 camaro sport coupe. Right now im looking into doing some suspension upgrades and such and this is what ive come up with:
Tires: BFG g-force tires same hieght and width all around not sure on what size yet.
Competition engineering weld on subframe connectors
Hotchkis rear suspension package from summit
moog 5608 and cc635 springs
suspension techniques 1 3/8 inch front and 1 inch rear both solid sway bars.
Lastly TDS wonderbar.

Im hoping to do some autox in the future and such. But the reason right now is to beat my best friends camaro in handling and traction. He's just throwing a 350 into his car, posi 4.11s, and dual 3" flowmasters, and a th350 and thinks his car will be fine on traction and such cause he has f41 suspension (sarcasticly).

Oh yeah future plans include:
327 engine with about 300 hp
subwoofers
and minor wieght reduction.

Thanks

How much money do you have to spend?

1st set camber and caster to max. Set front tire pressure about 4 lbs more than rear. The car will turn if you do this.

Go to the junk yard and get various sway bars first and experiment with what you have 1st.

Cut 1/2 coil off of your springs, you were going to replace them anyway and try that. They may be perfect.

The Sub frame connectors are a no loose bet. They will always help.
Koni Yellows are also a no loose bet.
Proper alignment no loose bet.
Wonderbar cant hurt.

All else is a compromise, ride quality vs performance. I have a track day car that works great at the track, but is no good on the street. Ride is to stiff, car trams on interstate, doesnt like bumps on cloverleafs, etc.

You'll have to remove the strut mounts, and elongate the bolt holes, in order to get the perfect caster/camber settings. There's a list on the main page of TGO showing some good #'s to get. I gave that list to an alignment shop and told them to hit those values, and they ran out of bolt travel, and didn't get all the way there. I'd say elongate the holes, and get it aligned just right.
I didn't notice what shocks you wanted to use, I think those are up there in importance.. which ones?
Not sure what's in the rear suspension package, but i'd recommend a kit of poly bushings for everything. Key parts include front A-arms, and all rear suspension bits. (so pretty much everything...)

What's the rate on the 5608's? I'm not familiar with those springs.

I'd also reconsider huge solid sway bars. Have you done some research as to sway bar effect? Bigger isn't always better eh?

thanks guys for the help. I have since changed my plans a little. Im going to get some subframe connectors and wonder bar first. Then my tires and lastly springs and struts at the same time and some polyurethane bushings for pretty much everything.

As for the spring rates:
5608 4.080 .687 11.00 1640.0 424.0 14.88
cc635 4.300 .500 10.25 518.0 104.0 15.25
in the order of:
inside diameter
bar diameter
install hieght
load rate lbs
spring rate lbs/inch
free height

i'll have to check the junkyard for some sway bars.

424lbs/in?
That's some pretty crazy soft front springs, that's like a V6 replacement one. I'd reconsider that.
