Power Rack & Tubular K Members
Guys, I'm in need of a little information! I dont want to start another who makes the best tubular K member Or is Spohn ever gonna offer one!
Here's what's up..... I have a AJE tube K member, mild steel made for a power rack. I am going to run coilovers with tube A arms from AJE as well. This car "an 89 Iroc" is my ongoing project which will be driven mainly as a weekend street cruiser and will see a little strip time, so its not my daily driver. I am planning on purchasing a flaming river power R&P "quick ratio" from Art Morrison. I'm tired of buying parts twice so here is my concern. I have read from past threads that by swapping to a Ford style R&P you loose some of the origional turning radius. Some is acceptable as I'm not gonna be auto crossing, but if it take 40 acres to turn, now thats a different story.
What kind of experiences do any of you guys have ? Other than revert back to yhe origional steering set-up my only other option is to buy an aftermarket Spindle/coilover set like those from Strange or Morrison. I really don't want to do that as I have the set of bilstein struts and coilover set-up that I bought from Kandied and I would rather run them.
I would really appreciate it if you guys would share your success stories as well as failures so hopefilly I can end up with an acceptable system on the first try.
Thanks, Bruce

seen a few posts on the drag racing board about this. Best bet would be use the search feature and PM the member's who posted their own experiences.
