What dia. are WS6 front and rear sway bars?
Hi guys, I am upgrading a Firebird to WS6 sway bars that I just bought (they are shipping in the mail right now). I'd like to get the bushings ahead of time so I can just install them when they come in. I need to know the diameter of WS6 Firebird sway bars, front and rear, so I can order the bushing. There are like 4 different size front bars, and at least a few rear ones. I don't know if the year matters or if all WS6 bars were the same?

Yes, it matters. In 1984 the WS6 utilized a 32mm antiroll bar and a high spring rate as their premium performance suspension. In 1985 they switched yet again to a larger antiroll bar and a softer spring. And, in 1987 I think the WS6 performance suspension package finally settled into it's final and familiar 35mm antiroll bar and moderate spring rate that we all know and love.

Well I guess I'll measure the bars when they get in. I have unknown year WS6 front and rear springs, and now different year bars. This should be interesting!
