stuck
about a year ago i pulled a th200 out of my 84' z-28. Today i put my 700-r4 in and my crossmember that goes under the trans is to long now.. .almost like the frame bent from sitting on stands for a year. i may just spred the rails with a spreder but i wanted some feedback first. thanks -matt

Axle/Gears: 3.08 7.625"
the frame rails get narrower towards the rear
the 700r4 mount is farther back than the 200c and th350 trannies
this is why i put a th350 6" tail in place of my 200c so i wouldnt have to move my xmember
good luck

this car came with a 700r4 and when i biught it the seller couldn't find out why the 200c he put in didn't reach the torque arm from the rear. i have the right trans but it seems like the frame bent over time from sitting on jack stands... any help??
