Car feels kinda heavy when i try and drive or turn. So I added some powersteerring fluid and the problem is still the same what can be the problem and how to fix it

 

Is this a new problem - How long have you owned the car, what have you done to it recently in the way of possibly new tires, alignment change, etc? Did you just by the car? Need more info

Heaviness in turning can be a # of things Ill give two racing examples on how just settings alone can make a car heavy to steer-1) lots of positve caster, 2) roll centers off and low in the rear.

Now just getting into normal mechanical wear, a worn strut mount can cause delay and effort in turning the car because the strut shaft flexes over so bad it does not repond- cold be balljoints slopping, could even be the power steering pump going bad- so many things.
