Bilstein HD shock/strut part numbers at Autozone

Just in case anyone is interested in getting Bilstein HD shocks and struts at Autozone, the part number that they can get for the front is an old number (S36-0201). I called Bilstein on this, and they told me that number had been replaced a couple years ago, and that their systems must not have been updated.

So, if you want to get them from Autozone, here are the part numbers:

Front
Autozone PN: 084847
Bilstein PN: F4-VE3-C522-HO

Rear
Autozone PN: 084580
Bilstein PN: F4-B46-1121-HO

The prices that I got from Autozone were cheaper than all mail order places that i have seen, so I got them there. Also, my buddy gets me his commercial discount (which also means no sales tax), so it worked out pretty well. I ended up getting all four for $505. Pretty good deal.

I think the "normal" prices were like ~$190 each for the fronts and ~$90 each for the rears.

Here are some pics:

Rear:

Any questions, let me know.

Good find. These are the cheapest prices I have yet to find on these struts. Anyone know if they can be found cheaper elsewhere?

i paid 340 for the set from lingenfelter back in 02. they no longer sell them for that though as i've been looking as well for another set.

just around $4-450 seems to be what i find them for on ebay and various websites.

hmm...i never looked on ebay, but $400-450 seems really low compared to any "traditional" website i was able to find. Most were around $600-650 if i remember right.

if you can find 'em that low, then i would definitely snag them.

i went to order a set the other day i wanted the h.d fronts we looked them up in the bilstein catalog and the part number for the sports and h.d's was the same so i was wondering if this is a new strut like maybe half h.d and sport or just the sports now or what?

i remember when they looked them up for me, there was an issue like that - but if you order the part numbers i listed, you'll definitely get the heavy duty ones.
