Went to go put on a bigger sway bar (rear) on my RS today and it wouldn't align right with the axle. I could get the endlinks (new iroc links/bushings) on hand tightened and would try to get the bar itself connected to the axle and it did not line up right. Anyone know how I can get this beefier bar on my car?

__ I am also driving around without it on as of now, If thats bad let me know >> I know its there to help "swaying" hence the name but i don't want my suspension to get outta line

 

after thinking about this for about 20 minutes i realized i should turn it over and voila, IM a dumbass. Dont let this happen to you....

 

lol, When I went to put mine on the first time after having it off for months I went... somthings not right here. I sat down and though about it.. did the same thing you did.

 

At least you could get it on and off quickly

My endlinks were so dusted that they were seized together in a fashion that no amount of PB blaster or my half inch impact could affect.

I ended up having to take a cutoff wheel to all of my old endlinks just to get the sways off, lol.
