need help with 60 foot times!
Before somebody says it i know
well each car is different as is each engine and setup. My suspension mods are umi panharad bar (non adjustable), and Lakewood LCA. I tried putting the Spohn LCARBS on but cant get it down yet. It seems that the Lakewood LCA's are too long for that. I really wanted to have them bc i have heard nothing but good things ab LCARBS.
Anyways, my 60 foot times are consistently 1.97, weather i am powerbraking to 1700 (max i can powerbrake to with the crappy brakes i have out back, and yes i am upgrading those), or flashing the converter from an idle. My 383 is only running a 12.89 at 107 mph and I know there is more than a 1.97 in my setup, especially with MT ET streets!
So i am asking you guys again for HELP!!

gears and converter would be the first thing. Then figure out what you were doing wrong w/ the lcarb's. Lakewood arms are stock length, as are all other brands. Thread
