hi everyone im new to the site. ok here's the deal ever since childhood my dream car was my grandfathers 86 t top camaro 2.8v6 . and well due to his passing the car is now mine. the only thing is is that#1 the motor is seazed witch i have a fully rebuilt 350sbc that im gona drop in it so thats no prob now #2 is the rear frame is toast u couldint even put it on a hoist lol . all i wana know is there has to be a company or something that sells new sections of flooring?. this car to me is a dream come true i wouldint trade it for a lambo or fararri i love this car its not every day u get the car of your chidhood dreams . plus a ton of sentametal value. so any help on anything in this feild site or info on repairing this frame good enuff to pass a safty check........ p.s. other than that its showroom its been stord for 13years in the shop with a cover on it.

 

welcome to thirdgen.org!!!! get a high speed cutter and plan on doing alot of welding....lol. i feel you on the child hood dream car.. my dad got an 86 team camaro when i was six. and all he did was test drive every iroc in the area and i fell in love with the 86 irocz. when i was 19 i finally got my i roc and will not give it up for the world!!!!! i do not know if there are any floor pans made or rear sub frames made yet but you can try-- year one----or get a cheap doner v6 car that is in good shape and do the work.

 

i know what ur talkin about with ur childhood dream cause when my sister got her 92 camaro i fell in love with it. and i finaly got her to give it to me when she got a new truck the good thing is i onley had to wait 2 or 3 years cause im still onley 14 and i have the car of my dreams even though it needs some work and same as u i wouldnt trade it 4 the would no lambos ar eny thing im kepin this car 4 ever. and as far as ur problem gose i would find a doner car to chop up 4 the parts cause i dont no of eny place that makes that so good luck with that.

 

yah i looked on ebay and found a full floor pan but im shure theres more 2 it than that u know
