Added an 8.50 cert roll cage
I had an 8.50 cert cage installed. Pics are in raw form. I have a lot of painting and assembly to do. But it will be worth it as I hated my car carrying one wheel for 30-40 feet. Also installed a Wolfe racecraft anti roll bar and parachute mount. All the plastic fits great. I can even put the rear seat back rest in because I used the prostock style d bar to attach the rear part of the roll cage. The car was done in chromoly with the dash bar tucked behind the dash for extra clearance in the drivers seat. I also built a firewall for the 12 gal. fule cell and battery.

Re: Added an 8.50 cert roll cage
Amazing how nice a rear anti roll bar works. I installed one mid season last year. When I was launching from the left lane it felt like I was going to take the tree out it pulled to the right so much. Now with an anti roll bar I can almost let go of the steering wheel on the launch and both wheels come up equally.
When I did my back half last year I incorporated a parachute mount but don't have or need one yet.
