Front tie rod to tie rod distance please?

Car: 87 iroc
Engine: 402 twin turbo lsx
Transmission: th400
Axle/Gears: 9" 40 spline MW, with 3.25 gears
Front tie rod to tie rod distance please?
I need a tap measure from the tierod ball joint to the other tierod ball joint. I know it varies, but Im dong a rack conversion and didnt measure before I took it apart. I have a rack at approx 49 inches with some adjustament in it.

I do not have my car accessable otherwise I would run out, measure it and help you Bud. Someone must be able to quickly measure that and help you......Anyone?
I take it you probably have the car off the ground and the front wheels off it also- if thats the case you can not just use some flat material for some makeshift toe plates against the outside tire sidewalls.
