My 82 TA is having a groundup rebuild and my mechanic said im missing 2 small peices that do with mounting the swaybar to the diff.I dont have a pic yet but they fit in the palm of your hand,are rectangular and are open on one side.The diff and swaybar are from an 88 GTA

Does anyone know what im talking about?

You can get new poly endlinks and bushings from Energy Suspension, they'll have just about everything you could need to mount it.

something like that? its a aftermarket setup, but i dont think you will find a stock setup new. Maybe ebay?

 

Dealer, NAPA, Autozone, ect, ect should have that sorta stuff. most of the mounting hardware is the same in a lot of GMs lineup. And it's pretty cheap.

If you get that kit from Spohn, don't forget to order the bushings too, they aren't included with the kit.

 

The bits i need are the mounts that the u-bolt connects through to the sway bar bushings on both sides as circled in the pic.

 

I will check what is left, if I have the brackets you can have them, just pay for shipping

Would you also know where i can find sway bar bushings.I tried summit but they charge a $24.95 handling fee plus shipping which i dont think is right.

I need 34mm for the front and 22mm for the rear.

Please measure your rear sway bar again. I'm not aware of a factory 22mm rear sway bar. 24mm, 23mm, 21mm yes.
