What Do I Need To Replace?
Ok, my IROC isn't running so i can't tell you how it drives, but what I do know is that it will bounce like crazy. Push down on either the front end or the rear with relatively little force and you can go down pretty far and it bounces right back up. Very worn.
So this would be the springs right? What else?
Sorry to be a n00b, been out of the third gen/old car game for awhile.

That's because your shocks are shot. New ones will fix that. Springs wouldn't hurt either, but a good set of shocks will help more than about any other single thing you can do.Read through this. It'll tell you what you need to know.

Sounds like the springs are just as much at fault.......
"Push down on either the front end or the rear with relatively little force and you can go down pretty far"
Anyone still riding on worn out stock springs should have replaced them 10 years ago.
