How much hp is too much on stock chasis?

I have a 91 rs with stock suspension and chasis with the exception of rear traction bars. I am trying to find a comfortable power range without damaging the frame/body with twist. I dont want to make mods to the rails or do any welding. I will be running street tires with 700r4 and edge converter and a small block with tbi. Can anyone help?

You will probably be hard pressed to hit enough power and torque to twist the body using a 700R4 and TBI.

That being said you are only limiting your traction by not running SFCs
