Re: Wheel spacers

Pics of what? The spacers will be hidden once a wheel is on.

Re: Wheel spacers

Depends on the thickness of them.

If you have a skinny(ish) tire setting too far out, I'm not sure sure that would look good. My opinion, of course.

How wide are yours?

Re: Wheel spacers

I suppose you mean new wheels? Can't exactly put a "wide" tire on a 7" wheel.

Why not buy wheels that FIT & don't need the spacers? I'm running 285 on 9" wheels that are a direct fit, and I'm getting 2 widened, to fit 315s. Again, no spacers needed.

Re: Wheel spacers

I was thinking...You'd be spending $ on spacers that you could be putting towards wheels.

Now if 4th gen fit wheels are your thing (they remind me too much of FWD offset cars wheels) then the adapter spacers will be a must.

Re: Wheel spacers

There is an active trade on Ebay for used wheels. You should check it out for a while, and not just dive in. Most would say avoid the heavier offshore OEM "replacements".
The 'vette wheels seem better deals than the 4th Gen ones. Guess LOTS of Corvette owners have sprung for aftermkt wheels.
On the other hand, the wheels (and tires) in the sig pic will be for sale soon, cheep!
