Where to find front sway bar bushings???

Where to find front sway bar bushings???
I bought the poly bushing kit by Energy Suspension off Classic Industries. The kit does not come with the front and rear sway bar bushings. The rear sway bar bushings don't seem to be too hard to find, but the front sway bar is a monster, about 42mm or 44mm. I cannot find replacement bushings anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
