panhard bar and lower control arm install
i have a aftermarket panhard bar and lower control arms for my trans am..... can i just install these with the car on the ground without any jacks.... i can get underneath without any jacks and do the job no problem.... i was just wondering if its required to have the car lifted in order for it to be installed properly.... thanks.....

Yes you can IF you can get under there & reach everything. Getting to everything with the car all the way down & tires on the ground, will not be fun. Possible to do, but not fun.
When you do the LCAs, only pull 1 off at a time, put the new one on, then do the other side.

thanks stephen.... also do i need to grease the bushings before install....yeah i can get under there no problem.. so should i see a big improvement over the stock panhard and lower control arms....... i already did the strut tower brace, wonderbar, alstons and bmr sfcs, bmr torque arm and relocation bracket....

All my stuff is rod ends. Despite having good rubber bushings in the stock PHB before. My rod ended one SURE made a difference in the corners. The rear reacted INSTANTLY to a heavy right foot. Much more predictable now.
My rod ended LCAs adding a bit of noise & vibration to the ride, but nowhere anywhere near what I expected. Under 15mph over patched potholes & road cracks, is where you'll notice it the most. At highway speeds, even over railroad tracks, there was virtually no difference.

well i got a used hotchkis panhard bar and new j and m street lower control arms... all of them are poly.... would lithium ion grease work...... the lower control arms that i have are new so i hope they come with some lube on them when they arrive to my house....
