I believe my 91Z came with 19mm in the rear and 34mm in the front. Im gonna swap all the bushings for newer ones hopefully that works well.

You can go low tech for free.
Take a piece of string and wrap it around the outside to the swaw bar.
Measure the length. Saw its 6.9 cm (or 69 mm)
Divide 69 by Pi (3.14) and you have a 22 mm bar.
OR
Next time you go to IKEA grab some of those free paper tape measures they have I always keep a few in the tool box handy. They are very useful in tight spots where a regular tape measure isn't

You also have a decrease of the front wheels working independantly and the inside tire loosing mechanical grip on rough surfaces. For all that do not know, your inside front tire is really what turns the car- its what grabs and pulls the car that way, the outside front is holding the weight pushing back the chassis.
This is why a increase of toe settings will make a car "turn-in" easier into a corner. The outside tire stays in track of radius and the inside has a slight increases angle to grab and tug the car towards its direction of scrub.
by putting a big bar on the front with soft springs maks the ourside spring soft and collapse and thus yank the inside tire of the ground also. A heavier spring will counter act the bigger bar and return the tire. Now with that said, too big a spring and too small a bar will do the opposite and increase not only steer in, but also xweight and body roll and loosen the car.
Swaybars again (as stated before) are merely a fine tuning tool to spring rate and chassis roll. What's good for one person is not always good for another.
This is spoken in general to all, not just to you 1LE. Just a lesson on spring rates and swaybars.
lastly, for those of you that claim putting big swaybars makes your car "on rails"? maybe so on smooth surfaces and drivers confidence because the chassis stays flat, but you car sill generally just slide easier loosing mechanical grip earlier than with a softer bar and more roll. yes, big bars on anything make it more easy to drive and slide the car predictably, but is it ultimately going around the corner faster? geneerally no.
