Engine: SBC 388 Stroker 93 pump gas
Transmission: Built turbo 350 3500 tci converter
Axle/Gears: Stock axles 4.10 gears
12 bolt swap?
i have searched around and cant find much but i have recently been given a free 12 bolt moser axles and full spool, coil over shocks as well 
really nice guy. bo gears. but how hard is it to swap this rear into my car? thanks

Is it a 12 bolt designed to fit under a third gen or "just a 12 bolt". If it's not designed to fit under a third gen, there's no way to attach the torque arm. Your only other option is to completely change the rear suspension to something that doesn't use a torque arm such as ladder bars or a 4-link.
Free isn't really free if there's no way you can easily use it. You can always sell it to buy a direct fit diff.
