coil overs vs spring and strut
i have an 1985 camaro with a built carbed 350 and ive been looking at suspension and idk what to go with either go all out and do coil overs or just get adjustable shocks and mayb drop spindles and stiffer springs. im not gonna really race it hard i want something thats gonna do good on the 1/4 mile and the occasional auto cross and of course racing hondas on the highway and backroads soooooo any help would be nice thanks

subframe connectors are great. they completely changed my cars handling. im runing umi's cause i wanted the boxed tubing. another big improvment was going to spohn tubular out back. torq arm, lowers, and panhard bar. im on stock springs and shocks/struts
