WS-6 springs vs. stock springs

Is there a difference between them?
How about lowering springs for all Firebirds 82-92,my car has the WS-6 option, but needs new springs, will I see and notice any(lowering)difference, when I mount those Dutch APEX springs?

The front WS6 springs are about 200 pounds stiffer then the stock springs. If you get lowering springs, your car should sit lower then stock.
