Front tires hop at parking speeds

When I'm parking, my front tires will scrub the pavement then hop as I increase lock. If reversing, they will scrub badly but when going forward, they bite in and the car pushes them forward and they hop. WTF? Is it possible to adjust toe-in/toe-out on turns? The alignment is good.

Toe in is adjustable. Toe out on turns is factory set in the angle of the steering arms.

Has the cars suspension been modified? Are the front tires the stock size? Any changes other than stock will not perform as well as the stock setup. If you did any such changes, you should go get another alignment to make sure everything is within the proper settings.

They all do that to some extent. The wider the tires you have, the more pronounced it will be. You should really only notice a problem at lock. Both of mine have done it since they were new and others i've seen have done it to.
