Standard vs Fully Adjustable
Standard LCA's are fixed and can not be adjusted (to move the rearend forward or rearward). Fully Adjustable LCA's can be adjusted (longer or shorter) to locate the rear end fore or aft. I don't see the advantage to adjustable LCA's personally.

One advantage of the adjustables is that they come with rod ends. This eliminates all the bind in the rear suspension. There are 2 types. One with both ends having the rod ends. You can also get the poly bushing on one side and a rod end on the other. Helps keep things quiet and bind free.
