What can help me on the strip??

I'm looking to upgrade my shocks/struts into something more sutiable for the drage strip and some street driving. I'm running a full spohn suspension, I just recently added LCA relocation brackets for better launch traction, and I also added MT ET streets (26-11.5-16)

I was exploring my options and I've seen coil over setups/ gas adjustable shocks struts/ pinto rack and pinion.... I mean whats the advantage of one setup over the other? is one better for the strip than the other. And If you go coil over up front, should you go coil over in the rear too?

I just need educated on the setups haha

Re: What can help me on the strip??

I ran factory springs well into the 10 second range. I use Koni SPA1 drag struts on the front and had stock shocks at the rear. I didn't start using an adjustable rear shock until I installed the back half and was deep into the 9 second range.

I still use a manual steering box. A manual rack and pinion would be nice but with my large tube headers, it's difficult to run a steering shaft. It's not impossible but I just don't have the time to fabricate a mutli section steering shaft to go under the headers.
