Changed my pads today...somethings not right, Please help..

I changed my brake pads today all the way around. I changed the wheel cylinders in the back because one was leaking. The brakes dont seem right tho. I tested them to see if they would lock and only the rears locked up, not the front. (i was only going about 20 mph) Also when Im going slow I can hear the front pads scraping on the "turned rotors". And when I apply my brakes its like I can hear a whinning/vacuum sounding noise coming from the front brakes, its slows down as the car slows......Whats up with all this?

sounds to me like you need to bleed them, and have you had the rotors cut???
I hope this helps

Yes I bleed the brakes as a matter of fact I removed all the old fluid out of the master cylinder and refilled it with synthetic fluid and then used one of those "one man bleeders" to suck all the old fluid out of the lines until the new fluid came thru. Yes I had the rotors turned.
Do new brakes usually make noise until the seat? Let me know.

Have you checked the wheel bearing play after you re-packed 'em? Other than that, I think you're right, it's probably the front pads breaking in.

When you say you removed the old fluid from the master cylinder- you left the ports covered in old fluid, right? I'm just wondering if you introduced some kind of air into the m/c body.
