Do you guy think its cheaper just to replace the poly bushing with stock part ? how hard is to replace the bushings on rear low control arm, pan bar, rear sway bar ? or replace it with all new brm or spohn part ? my goal is making 350whp. Thanks

its cheaper, but doesnt really prove much, the stock parts are pretty flimsy.

personally i wouldn't waste time changing bushings on those parts, or boxing them ect. I would just pick new parts from whomever you prefeer, BMR, UMI, spohn, global west, hotpart, ect ect ect.

poly busings bind, unless the car is just for cruising and going straight, i would go for at least one end of each piece as a rod end or rubber.

Hello
Like mentioned above the factory arms and pan hard bar are made just from stamped metal. Even if you did have replacement bushings the control arms will still flex and bind the bushings and eventually you will be in the same position you are in now. I would suggest to go with a grease able bushing and as long as they are properly greased they will last for years to come. Below is a link to show you what all UMI Performance has to offer as far a factory replacement.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
Brad

I hope this doesn't come off as being annoying, but for what reason(s) would boxing the stock pieces be a waste of time? From previous experience, I know that boxing chassis rails and other channel-shaped parts is an excellent way to increase torsional & linear strength in them. Are there other problems with these parts (LCA's, Panhard bars) that exclude this technique?

Thanks!
