trouble with PST front sway bar bushings...

I bought the PST polyurethane front sway bar bushings and they don't seem to want to fit. They are not the endlink but the center bushings. They don't fit in the original bushing brackets nor will they bolt to the car in the bracket they came with from PST. They stock bracket has offset holes and the PST bracket does not. Anybody else have this problem before with aftermarket sway bar bushings? It's a pretty simple job but I can't get them to go in in any of the combos. Most of the brackets from other aftermarket urethane bushing mfgs look similar so I don't think it is entirely PST. Any suggestions?

I bought the kit for my Elcamino and had no problems what so ever. I think that if you have the 36mm bar, then nobody makes the right bushings. I saw that somewhere around here. I can't remember where. But did you get the poly graphite or the regular poly urathane?

I bought the energy suspension kit and also have the 36 mm bar. I got 35mm bushings that fit the stock brackets. summit $12.50 I think.
