Moog parts

Does moog have a website. I'm looking for new ball joints, centerlink and idler arm. I heard they were good, but if somebody knows a better brand, do tell. Thanx.

They don't have a website that I know of. But you should be able to go to any local auto store and pick up the parts. Most places carry moog parts. From what I hear they are some of the best. When I rebuild my front end that is what I'm going with.

I used to sell TRW parts, never had any defective returns, the parts appear solidly cast and well made.

However, I saw an ad for Moog G3 parts in a trade magazine and I was drooling. That's what I plan to go with.

Advance doesn't sell Moog parts. I heard NAPA does. I haven't checked for sure.

I got some Moog heavy duty springs for the front of my '81 Elcamino, and I wouldn't go with anything else. They are definately the best IMHO.

When I get off these crutches I will be putting the 3rd set of lower balljoints in my 81Z in the last 4 years. The first 2 sets were TRW (free replacement at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS). But like the guys at Tire America told be 2 years in a row, "what good is a lifetime guarantee if you have to replace them all the time?" Those guys use and recommend MOOG, so that's what I bought this time. The local CARQUEST auto parts store in the Richmond, VA area sell MOOG parts.

Carquest is the place for Moog parts. I replaced my Centerlink with Moog and it was beautiful looking and was beefier than the stock one.

Got my MOOG lower ball joints from CarQuest.
$41.85 final cost, and they made a helluva difference from the worn out old ones. Nice and tight.
