Does anyone know of the technical specifications for the brake line fittings on a 1986 Camaro Sport Coupe. This has rear drum brakes. The fittings are for 3/16" lines (all the same size fittings) and 2 fittings for a 1/4" line (both the same size). All I know is that they are metric!

i'm not sure the thread is metric, the flare is called a "european flare" or something like that. as you can tell the nut has a unthreaded part for it to line up in the mateing part before the threads engage.

Actually, its called an "ISO Flare". As for the size, your right it is metric, but I don't know the exact size off hand.
