I know it should be at ride height to tighten the bushing bolts but what about installing the lcas, does it matter if the car is on stands vs a drive-on lift.

thanks

do you know how much torque is supposed to be on the lca bolts?

Torque should be around 90 ft-lbs

So you're saying that you need to lift the car to get em off, but lower it back down to put em back on?

don't fully tighten the LCA bolts until the car is on the ground with the suspension loaded. Just leave a little play in the bolts until you drop the car. Your bushing will reward you for doing so. It's easier to put the car on stands and a jack under the center section because it's easier to manipulate the rear easier. Also do only one side at a time. It will save you a lot of grief.
